Our search firm has been retained by Maryland’s largest, not-for-profit Hospice/Palliative Care organization to recruit an Associate Director of Accounting and Reporting and this role will be responsible for all locations to include: Northern Virginia, Anne Arundel and PG County, Washington County, Howard County, Baltimore County and Baltimore City service areas.

Under limited supervision, this role manages operations in general accounting. Manages the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and various other reporting. Assists CFO-Hospice in overseeing the planning, control, and effective utilization of the financial resources of the institution. Incumbent will also be responsible for supervising staff level employee(s). Assists with the development of the budgeted and financial management process of all Clinical Leaders.

CPA is preferred but not required.
