Medical Director, PACE – San Francisco, CA

Our search firm has been retained by a non-profit PACE Program to recruit a new Medical Director in San Francisco.  The Medical Director will lead a medical team consisting of two APPs and one Physician.  This role will spend .50 time administratively and .50 time doing clinical work at the PACE Center.  Current enrollment for the PACE program is 200 participants with a new site opening in July 2025.  Work Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.  Large sign on bonus.

PACE PCP openings – Massachusetts

Our search firm is working with a non-profit PACE Program to recruit PCPs for Lowell, MA and Methuen, MA..

These are full-time, employed position, Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm position; no nights, no weekends, no holidays!  On average, you will see 6-9 patients daily at the PACE Center.  Minimal Call.

The Primary Care Physician is responsible for the medical care of participants enrolled in the PACE program.  We are searching for a physician (MD/DO) with at least 1 years’ experience working with the Frail or Elderly population.  Current board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.  It is not required for a physician to hold subspecialty board certification in Geriatrics.  Ability to work as a team player in an inter-disciplinary setting is required.

Hospice Medical Director opening (20% admin from home / 80% onsite) – Maryland

Medical Director, Geriatrics (at home program) – Maryland

Our search firm has been retained to recruit a physician to serve as Medical Director, Serious Illness Care (SIC).  The SIC program is for seriously ill home-bound seniors in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.  The Medical Director will spend 80% of the time seeing home bound patients and 20% administratively.  The Medical Director will provide leadership, direct patient visits, and help coordinate transitions to a PACE program.
