Center Medical Director, PACE Program (LIFE Program) – North Philadelphia, PA

Our search firm has been retained by a nationally recognized, innovative PACE Program to recruit a Center Medical Director in Philadelphia, PA.  The Center Medical Director will lead a medical team consisting of two nurse practitioners.  This role will spend approximately .40 time administratively and .60 time doing clinical work at the PACE Center.  We are seeking a physician with clinical experience seeing frail/elderly/chronic patients.

Academic Geriatric Medicine Physician opportunity – Baltimore, MD or Easton, MD

Our search firm has been retained to recruit an Academic Geriatric Medicine Physician (Assistant Professor or Associate Professor) to be based either in Baltimore, MD or Easton, MD.  This is an excellent opportunity to help build and open a new Ambulatory Clinic in Easton, MD.  This role will have a clinical practice that includes caring for older adults in an ambulatory primary care clinic.  The breakdown will be four days a week of clinical with one day a week of Academic work.  The Academic work offers the opportunity for teaching students, residents, and fellows either virtually or in person in Baltimore, MD.

Candidates must be an MD/DO and board-certified in Geriatrics.  This role will have the opportunity to build a brand-new program and preference is for a physician to have at least two to three years of post-training clinical experience.

**There is no Call for this position.  Only work Monday – Friday.

Our search firm has been retained to recruit a PACE Primary Care Physician for a not-for-profit PACE Program in Pittsburgh, PA.  Our client is a twenty-year-old program with an ADC of 630 across 5 PACE Center/clinic locations (primarily located in the East, Northeast, and Southeast suburbs of Pittsburgh).  The PACE PCP will work daytime hours Monday – Friday at a designated PACE center and will see approximately 4-6 patients daily.

PACE Program – Primary Care Physician role – San Leandro, CA

Our search firm has been retained to recruit a Primary Care Physician to work in my client’s San Leandro PACE Center.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Primary Care Physician is responsible for the medical care of participants enrolled in the PACE program.  We are searching for a physician (MD/DO) with at least 1 years’ experience working with the Frail or Elderly population.  Current board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.  It is not required for a physician to hold subspecialty board certification in Geriatrics.  Ability to work as a team player in a multi-cultural, inter-disciplinary setting is required.

Nurse Practitioner openings – Geriatric or Palliative Care (Howard County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County) – Maryland

Our search firm has been retained to recruit Nurse Practitioners for our client – a nationally recognized, nonprofit leader in serious illness and end-of-life care.  Our client has a statewide Hospice ADC of 1000 and their Geriatric medical group provides care to over 7500 LTC patients daily in Maryland.

There are openings for NPs in Howard County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, or Anne Arundel County.  The NP will work in one of the previously listed regions and will provide care to seriously ill patients at home.  The majority of the patients will be seen at home with occasional visits in a SNF or Group Home setting.
