Assistant Professor of Geriatric Medicine – Charlottesville, VA

Our search firm has been retained by The University of Virginian Physicians Group on behalf of the Department of Medicine to recruit an Assistant Professor of Geriatric Medicine.  This role will have a clinical practice that includes caring for older adults in ambulatory primary care and consultative clinics.  Inpatient responsibilities and opportunities, as well as other geriatric clinical duties, may also be considered. In addition, teaching responsibilities include training fellows, residents, and medical students in both didactic and clinical sessions.

Candidates must be an MD/DO and board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.  Board eligibility or certification in Geriatrics is preferred but not required.
