Medical Director, PACE – Florida Panhandle

The Hospice Inpatient Unit Nurse Practitioner provides advanced practice, patient-centered medical care for terminally ill patients admitted to the hospice General Inpatient (GIP), Routine and Respite level of care for short-term, intensive symptom management that cannot be feasibly delivered in other care settings. The NP collaborates within the hospice interdisciplinary group (IDG) to assess, stabilize, and document acute symptom crises, leading frequent reassessments, and real-time care plan adjustments consistent with the Medicare Hospice Benefit and Conditions of Participation (CoPs).
