Hospice General Manager – Nevada

(Please note, there are two openings.  One position is based in Reno, NV and the other is based in Las Vegas, NV)

The Murphey Group, Inc. has been retained to recruit a General Manager for our quality driven Hospice client.  The General Manager ensures appropriate delivery of patient services in compliance with the Conditions of Participation of the Medicare Hospice Benefit, State Hospice Regulations, and our client’s operating model.  In addition, this position achieves and maintains competency in several areas:  quality care and service, enhancement of business development, staffing, leadership, continuous improvement of agency efficiency and fiscal success.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Nursing.  RN from an accredited hospice program currently licensed and in good standing in the state in which the program is licensed.  3-5 years of hospice or home health supervisory experience is required.
