Our search firm has been retained to recruit a Hospice Medical Director for a well-established, not-for-profit hospice and palliative care organization in Lafayette, CO.  Our client has a Hospice ADC of 500+ and a busy inpatient palliative care program.  Our client provides care to hospice patients in a 7-bed IPU, at home, and in all post-acute settings.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a 40 year old, independent, not for profit hospice organization!

This role reports to the CMO who has oversight of Hospice, Palliative Care, and a PACE Program.  This role will spend approximately 80% of the time clinically with the remaining time spent administratively.
