Company:
The Murphey Group, Inc. has been retained to recruit an Executive Director for a new PACE program.  This program is a wholly owned subsidiary of a well established, nationally recognized, not-for-profit , Hospice and Palliative Care organization.  The Executive Director is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding diversion programs in a heavily regulated capitated environment. 

Requirements:
Master’s Degree preferred.  Minimum of three years experience working in a capitated environment.  Experience working with Medicare/Medicaid waiver program or demonstration project preferred.

Location:
Tampa, FL

Salary:
Competitive based on experience.
