Senior Vice President, Business and Finance/Chief Financial Officer, Florida
Job Description:
The Murphey Group, Inc. has been retained to recruit a Senior VP, Business and
Finance/CFO. This role is responsible for leading the Hospice and Hospice Foundation
in the areas of business development, financial management and planning, and information
technology. Responsible for identification, assessments, and preparations for new
lines of business, as well as improvements to existing systems. Assumes
responsibility for the appropriate and accurate financial management and conditions
reporting, and identification of business and financial strategies for improved
qualitative performance. Reports to President and CEO with direct oversight of Vice
President of Finance, Director of Business Services, Director of Information Services, and
Assistant to Senior VP, Business and Finance.
Hospice and Palliative Care Organization
Requirements:
B.S. Degree in Accounting is required with a Master's Degree preferred. A minimum of
5 years supervisory and management experience is required. Prior experience in
healthcare financial management is required. Direct experience in non-acute fields
of hospice and home-health is ideal.
