Senior Vice President, Client Services & COO, Pennsylvania

Job Description:
The Murphey Group has been retained to recruit a a Senior Vice President, Client Services & COO.  This is a newly created position.  Our client is an independent and not-for-profit multi-site home care and hospice organization.  Reporting to the CEO, the SR VP/COO will lead a team of 300+ FTEs and will focus on standardizing processes.  The SR VP/COO will work with staff to achieve above and beyond national productivity and national quality standards of care. The SR VP/COO will work to improve financial outcomes, clinical outcomes, and bring consistency across all divisions.

Requirements:
RN is required.  Strong preference for MBA.   Must have experience serving in an executive leadership capacity with a home care organization.  Must have had oversight of multiple offices/locations.  Prefer prior experience working for an independent, freestanding home care organization.  Must have documented successes in effecting change, holding people accountable, improving clinical outcomes, and improving financial outcomes.
