Job Description:
The Murphey Group has been retained to recruit a CFO for an established Home Care and Hospice Agency.  Will direct and oversee all financial activities of the agency.   Will direct the preparation of regular historical financial reports as well as develop summaries and forecasts for future business activity for management and the Board of Directors.  This position functions as the Chief Security Officer to assure compliance with HIPAA laws and regulations.  As a member of the Executive Management team, you will take proactive part in managing the success of the agency.

Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years of strong financial experience in non-profit, home care and hospice including Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and cost reporting.  Master's degree preferred with CPA designation preferred.
