President, Homecare
Job Description:
The Murphey Group, Inc. has been retained by this Midwest, multi-hospital health system to
recruit a President for their Homecare division. The President will provide the
leadership, vision, and strategic direction that assures the long term viability and
growth of this division. Will manage 15 directors and managers who supervise 400
employees. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of
this division.
Homecare Division of a Multi-Hospital Health System
Requirements:
Prior executive level management experience in the areas of home health, infusion
pharmacy, and home medical equipment required. Must have experience at the executive
level of a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency.
